Specifications and Price of Vivo X20 Plus UD with Under-Screen Fingerprint

Finally, the much anticipated Vivo X20 Plus UD has been unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018.

One of the highlights of the device is the under-screen fingerprint scanner which is very rare to find in other phones. The new technology received a lot of applause at the CES 2018.

In fact, as at the time of publishing this post, Vivo is the first company that managed to get the technology on a phone with the help of the first screen fingerprint scanner, Clear ID FS9500, designed by Synaptics.

While this fingerprint scanner is a bit slower than the regular one, it does get the job done. And considering the fact that it is the first iteration, we can hope to see it getting faster.

KEY FEATURES OF VIVO X20 PLUS UD

The X20 Plus UD features a 6.43-inch display with a resolution of 1080 pixels. It’ll be powered by the Snapdragon 660 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM. A 3800mAh battery will fuel the phone. On the camera front, the phone will be equipped with a dual camera setup of 24MP+5MP sensors while the front will have a 12MP sensor. The phone will come with Android Nougat 7.1.2.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The X20 Plus’ is now available in China at the price of 3998 Yuan (about N223,000).
