UC Browser has been restored in Google Playstore just about a week after it was deleted from the Google App store following a tweet from Mike Ross, who claimed to be a company employee, resulted to reports that the Alibaba-owned mobile web browser was allegedly utilizing unhealthy and misleading practices to promote its app downloads.
But now, the issue has been rectified in the latest build uploaded to Google Play. The company confirmed that "the latest version is available for users with updated technical settings strictly in line with Google Playstore policy."
It's worthy to know that UC browser currently has more than 500,000,000 installations on Playstore and it's one of the popular mobile browsers for fast downloading of stuffs online.
Other rivals to the app includes Google Chrome (my best), Opera mini (for faster browsing and minimal data consumption), Pufin, to mention but a few.
