Globacom declared Friday 11th of August as Glo Free Data Day for all their subscribers. This means, on Friday, you will browse free of charge with your Glo line with your internet enabled devices including Android, iOS, Windows, java, Symbian and modem.
Glo, which is owned by a Nigerian claims to be the grandmasters of data in the country and they are really showing it in different dimensions. All they need now is to improve their network signal strength.
Globacom’s Zonal Business Coordinator, Lagos, Adebola Omoboya speaking at a press conference in Lagos on Tuesday, said
For you to enjoy this free data offer, you are to use a minimum of N250 and above on calls within the 7 days before a free data day
Another way of being eligible is by spending just N150 on calls and a minimum of 100 MB data within seven days to be eligible for this offer
In summary, You don’t need to do anything to qualify for Glo Free Data Day offer… Just use a minimum of N250 or more on calls withing 7 days as earlier explained…
Note, fair usage policy applies. Is Glo really the grandmasters of data?

Besides it's not like u browse free the whole day like the write up says,it's 250MB.I support NCC on this cos why can't globacom just give its subscribers the free data without conditions???
ReplyDeleteBut oga wizy it didnt work
ReplyDeleteYes NCC ordered Glo to stop it. I made a post about it HERE
DeleteNothing like free in Nigeria
ReplyDeleteWe most pay for what so ever we need
