Chelsea fans all over the world can celebrate the success of the Italian’s debut season in charge with a bespoke emoji of the manager’s trademark look – arms extended in the air enjoying another Chelsea win.
To trigger the emoji fans simply need to use the dedicated hashtag, #ChelseaChampions, and see the manager decorate your tweets.
Online conversation about Conte on Twitter increased by 419 per cent between May 11 and May 12 - the day the Blues became champions - as fans, pundits and all involved in the game hailed the Italian and his squad.
