Gionee is all set to welcome you into 2017 with this monster of a device called Gionee M2017 which emphatically means Marathon 2017 and it features lots of Mind-blowing specs which I am going to highlight on this post.
I have always been a huge fan of Gionee and their devices because of how durable and fantastic their phones are especially battery longevity. The Chinese company didn't disappoint this time as well as this M2017 (also certified in China), features a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Powered by MediaTek Helio P10 SoC and octa-core clocking at 1.95GHz CPU, and a dual-core Mali-T860 GPU.
The Android 6.0 Marshmallow device comes with massive 6GB of RAM and huge 128GB of on-board storage meaning that there will likely not be any slot for external SD card
In terms of camera, the device comes with a decent 13MP rear camera and 8MP selfie camera for selfie freaks. Also available in the phone is an embedded FingerPrint ID scanner in the home button.
As usual, I expected a good battery for this device but Gionee surprised me with an even more impressive battery capacity of 7000mAh. Can you beat that? This made the phone somehow heavy at 230gram measuring at 10.65mm in thickness.
With this, the M2017 is now among the super league of 6GB RAM Monster devices and it will definitely be a phone for the big boys and ladies early next year. Fingers crossed!
