However, twitter gave out some conditions;
Twitter will consider accounts of users “in music, acting, fashion, government, politics, religion, journalism, media, sports, business, and other key interest areas” or brands. So if you fall into any of the categories above, you will need to have a verified phone number, a confirmed email address, a bio, a profile photo, a website and a birthday set on Twitter. Also, twitter said your account must be visible public.
Twitter users also need to state why they want to get the blue verification mark.
