Though i know some people will still say it is not working for them while some will be lucky to get the free 2gb to browse. Be it as it may, there is no harm in trying at all. Just try and you might be among those that will get it right.
PROCEDURES
Step 1:
Make sure you have at least N50 naira on your mtn sim card, then Send T3 in a text message to this number
33988. You will receive a text message confirming that you have successfully subscribed to MTN mobisafe backup and 2GB will giving to you.
Step 2:
Psiphon Setup
PROXY TYPE: real host
PROXY SERVER: mtnn.mobisafebackup.com%2f%3a%00a@ or mtnn.mobisafebackup.com
REAL PROXY TYPE: HTTP
REAL PROXY SERVER: 10.199.212.2
PORT:8080
Now click SAVE
accept to tunnel whole device
Goto more option
HOST ADDRESS: 10.199.212.2
PORT:8080
Go back and select Netherlands Or USA as region, then connect!

Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Remember there must be 3g network on ur sim.
You can use psiphon pro lite handler also.
