I see, most of us have forgotten the Etisalat 0.00 unlimited browsing which has been saving us for a long time now just because MTN came up now with a reloaded version 0.00 tweak that doesn't require frequent hunting of IP.
Anyway, those that still prefer Etisalat maybe because of its jet speed and good network, I will give you a valid IP that I have been using personally for more than a week now and it is still blazing. Though it takes 15 minutes to connect but once connected, the speed is out of this world. I also noticed that it hardly disconnects like others so I think you should give it a try if you don't currently have a working IP.
By now I know you are conversant on how and where to insert the IP and port on your VPN apps. If you are new to IP stuff, check our previous posts on Psiphon, Synphonshied, Simple Server etc.
