Infinix Zero 3 (Hero3logy) is one of the flagship devices released by Infinix mobility so far. This phone boasts of 3gb RAM, 32gb internal memory which is upgradable to 2TB. Yes 2 terabytes. It has a huge 20.7mp rear camera for taking sharp and clear digital photos but the main issue for infinix zero 3 x552 users is how to root the phone and make it more customizable and tweakable.
Rooting has been a problem to all new Android devices running on Android 5.1 lollipop Operating System. This is because, these category of phones can't be rooted with the normal rooting Android apps like kingroot. But as usual, Hovatek team have come to the rescue once again by releasing a flashable root zip file for rooting Infinix zero 3 devices.
At the moment, we can only root this device with PC as the Android rooting apps are yet to be updated to suit or root this wonderful infinix phone. Before we continue, you will have to be aware of the requirements before undergoing this rooting process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ROOTING INFINIX ZERO 3
==> PC with active Internet connection
==> Original USB chord
==> SP flash tool
==> Your brain and patience
STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO ROOT INFINIX ZERO 3 X552
==> download SuperSU zip v2.46 and save it in the root of your SD card (not in any folder)
==> download Infinix Zero 3 X552 ported TWRP here
==> Now unzip the TWRP zip file with any unzipping software and flash the recovery image to the phone using SP flash tool ( If you don't have it, download SP Flash tool here
However if you are new to using SP flash tool to flash ROMs or recovery images, click here
==> ReBoot your phone into TWRP recovery mode (this is done by Holding the Vol Up and Power button for about 5 seconds)

==> while you are In TWRP recovery mode, Choose and select install zip from sdcard to navigate around and Choose zip from sdcard, use the vol up and down to scroll up and down then choose the Supersu.zip file from the root of your sdcard that you downloaded. You remember right? Good.
==> Scroll and select yes. Then the download and flashing process will begin. In completion, reboot your phone.
After successfully rebooting your phone, you will notice a new app in your app drawer called SuperSU or superuser. This shows that your Infinix note 3 is finally rooted but if you want to be 100% sure that the rioting is complete, you can go to Google playstore and download root checker or simply download latest version of root checker apk
