open Troid VPN input your username and password sent to you

select any FREE SERVER

RPort: 80
LPort: 0

select TCP from the PROTOCOL draw down

Tick REMEMBER ME

click ADVANCE

Tick USE PROXY FOR TCP CONNECTION

Input your IP and port, but for mtn BIS
input 10.199.212.2 and port: 8080

HEADER: host:mobile.facebook.com
for mtn BIS, use

host:web.blackberry.com

click SAVE and you are good to go.
